In the framework of the worlds’ commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the end of WWII, two activities were organized in Shkodra. With the support of the Austrian Embassy, the Municipality of Shkodra and Energji Ashta a very acclaimed book was presented among history academics, diplomatic presence and culture enthusiasts.
The book presentation was followed by a unique photos’ exhibition displayed in the foyer of the historic building where the Municipality of Shkodra resides today. Both activities emphasized the important influence of the Austro-Hungarian presence in a post war Albania.
By supporting these activities Energji Ashta aims to bring light to the cultural life of Shkodra which is a city of immense cultural heritage.
