From concept to implementation
The development of HEC Ashta represents a model of excellence in the management of strategic infrastructure and renewable energy projects in Albania. Since the announcement of the international tender in 2008, the progress of the project demonstrates close institutional cooperation and rigorous engineering and legal planning. This chronology reflects all key stages, from the selection of the innovative concept and the securing of environmental and urban licenses, to the establishment of the project company and the signing of technological agreements, guaranteeing a successful and rapid transition from the conceptual phase to the official implementation of works on the ground.
